New Bremen Clinic Policies

*Our massage therapists are medical professionals. Clients with sexual expectations will be asked to leave. We reserve the right to refuse treatment to any person for any reason.

*All new clients are asked to complete a medical history form, which is 100% confidential, before they receive a massage.

*Be courteous to your therapist and to other patients. If you must cancel, we need to know as soon as possible. We will try to do the same for you. Repeat offenders who cancel same day will be charged 50% of their missed appointment. No shows are charged full price of missed appointment. When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to this policy.

*Walk-ins are accepted during open hours, however, scheduled appointments are priority.

*Payment is expected on the same day as service. We accept cash, card and check. Gift certificates may be purchased on this website. Click the link at the bottom of any page. There's a $3 fee to process an order over the phone.

*We do accept insurance, but most insurance companies do not cover massage therapy. Check with your insurance company. A doctor's prescription is required.

*We discourage home visits, unless you are physically unable to come to our clinic.

*If we are with a patient, leave a message so that we know to get back with you. We always call back!
